Adopted Again

It is with great excitement that John and I announce that Brooklyn has officially been re-adopted in the United States. Re-adoption entitles Brooklyn to a US birth certificate. 

After a lot of paper work and three trips to Snohomish Superior Court the Adoption was finalized on Monday. 

Brooklyn was not impressed by the whole event.  She thought it would be more fun to tap dance on the marble floors than listen to the Judge talk to Mom and Dad. 

That's some HAIR!

Brooklyn woke up this morning with the most impressive bed head.  She was thrilled with her "bad hair."  She was quite disappointed when I grabbed the tangle spray and began to tame her crazy mane.  

I am dreaming of a White Christmas!

We're Going to DISNEYLAND!!

Just Magical!!!  This is the only words I can come up with to describe this evening.  Thank you Santa.  We owe you big time!!  Things went off with just a few glitches.  The first glitch is that I can not get my video camera to upload to my laptop.  As soon as I get it working I will post the whole video.  Lucky for me my Sister- in- Law Michelle used a digital camera and captured the first few moments.

Big Surprise!

Tomorrow we are surprising the kids with a trip to Disneyland.  Here is the plan.  Santa will deliver four gifts.  The first gift contains a puzzle which reads "Pack your bags! We are going on a plane on the 11th."  The second gift contains Mouse ears with the kids names on them.  The third gift is money for them to spend.  The fourth gift is a paper chain to count the days down till the trip.

I can hardly wait till tomorrow evening.   I'll let you know how it goes.   

Power Nap

This is Brooklyn after her power nap on the way home from Awana.  She loved this wig.  She called it her "bad" hair.  The girl was going strong till 11:00 p.m.  You gotta love three year olds.
