Zoo

For Kathi's Mom's birthday we went to the Woodland Park Zoo. While the weather didn't cooperate we still had a fun time checking out all of the really cool animals at the zoo. All of Kathi's family went so we had quite the caravan.

Kade and his cousin Adam were our navigators on our tour.

Ahoy maties!

Lunch time.

Idaho

We spent three days in Idaho right after the 4th of July with John's parents and brother's family. Brooklyn and her cousin Livi enjoyed some face painting by Kathi. We camped at Farragut State Park and spent a day at Silverwood. Everyone really enjoyed getting to spend time together.

Hoopfest

Sydney and Kade again played in Hoopfest in Spokane. They had a great time and liked the competition that they don't get so much in Sumatra. Sydney loved playing with her friends that she will be playing with when she gets back to the States for good. Kade played with the same team as last year and they again made the Semifinals but lost to the same team they lost to last year. Hoopfest is always a ball!

Brooklyn's Sixth Birthday

Brooklyn was home in time for her 6th Birthday. She wanted a Rainbow birthday theme which would explain the tutu. She loved having all of her family there to celebrate. Thanks to all of the family who made it!

Playing with her cousin Adelyne.

Summer

They ran out of camp cars the last day with all of the people leaving town so they had to book us with a bus. All five of us had a lot of leg room at least.

Brooklyn playing at one of the play areas at the Singapore airport.

Pool time at the Airport hotel.

I have to apologize for the tardiness of this post. We have been so busy enjoying our summer that we have neglected our blog. Here are a few photos of our trip home. It is hard to believe that we have just three weeks left of summer. Summer goes way too fast.
